Data Collection

Trigger Tracker is designed with your privacy in mind.

  • Personal use (no sign-in): All your location data, ratings, photos, and notes are stored only on your device. We do not collect or have access to this data.
  • When you subscribe to community features: Community features require a paid subscription. To provide them (community map, shared locations, trusted contacts, SOS, “Shared with me”), we use a secure backend. Your account details and any locations or ratings you choose to share with the community are stored so those features can work. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking for marketing.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

  • Location: Used to show your position on the map, log locations, and for proximity alerts. When you enable proximity alerts (including Live GPS mode), the app may use location in the background to notify you when you are near a low-comfort location. You can disable proximity alerts at any time in settings.
  • Camera/Storage: Used to attach photos to location ratings (optional). Photos are stored on your device or, if you share a location with the community, as part of that shared content.
  • Notifications: Used for daily check-in reminders, weekly summaries, and proximity alerts (optional). You can disable each of these in settings.

Data Export

You can export all your data at any time from the app settings. Exported data is stored on your device and not shared with us or any third parties.

Third-Party Services

Trigger Tracker uses:

  • Google Maps to display locations. When you use the map, Google may collect data according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to that data.
  • Supabase (when you have an active community subscription) for authentication and to store community-related data (e.g. shared locations and ratings) so that community map, trusted contacts, Shared with me, and SOS can function. Data is stored securely and not used for advertising.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To do so, email us at support@withusco.shop with the subject line "Account and data deletion request" (or use the feedback feature in the app). We will process your request and confirm once your account and data have been removed.
